Responsibilities:
*Responsible promptly to handle customer orders and fulfil the customer needs/inquiries.
*Liaising with warehouse on order status, check stock availability of items; and organise shipments with forwarders.
*Order check and processing, acknowledgement, delivery & shipment follow-up, documentation,
and records.
*High accuracy and precious of works are required to handle the order entry, invoicing, packing list
and email communication.
*Handle any ad hoc tasks
Requirement:
*Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
* Minimum O Level
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2500 – $2700 (Depending on experience)
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Sat&Sun/PH off
*Entitled to 14 days Annual Leave and Medical Leave, AWS, Medical claim up to $400 per year
