RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Ensuring QHSE documents (Manual, Procedure, WI/ SWP and Forms) are adhered to in accordance to the applicable standards.
· Assist the Quality Engineer to execute inspection and test plans.
· Implement improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE, productivity and efficiency while
constantly reviewing and monitoring the outcome of the implementation.
· Work closely with all department to optimize inspection and testing ensuring on time
delivery and preparation of necessary document packages to customer timely.
· Work closely with all department to resolve quality and HSE issues.
· Communicating the QHSE requirements and updates to the affected functions and individuals.
· Initiating corrective/ preventive action reports on any manufacturing, material and product
defects/ complaints raised internally or by the customers.
· Identifying required resources for approval by management and purchase.
· Cultivating quality, safety and environmental protection awareness in the organization.
· Preparation of inspection test plans, quality inspection report and balloon drawings.
· Reviewing inspection and calibration reports.
· Follow safe work practices and procedures.
· Ensure company and QHSE policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
· Ensure that operations within his/her area of responsibilities are in accordance with the
QHSE policy and objectives.
· Ensure that employees are aware of the impact of their activities on the environment.
· Participate/ attend all functions, activities and meeting organized by the company.
· Perform other assignment and duties as and when required.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
· Diploma preferably in Quality or Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
· Preferably 1 years of relevant experience in a Quality Inspector/ Engineer role.

REMUNERATION
*Salary: $2800-$3000 (depends on experience and SAT)
*OT 1.5 x 2.0
*Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Mon to Fri) & 8am – 12pm (Sat) (ALT SAT)
*Rest day:7 days per month
*After probation entitle to annual leave, medical leave, and medical benefits
*Salary increment depends on performance
