Responsibilities
-Develop existing and new client relationships, enquiries and projects
-Market, promote & educate customers such as turnkey interior designers, QS, renovation contractors and end users
-Achieve/exceed set target
-Gather and report on market intelligence, such as trends, competitors’ activity & customer needs and demands
-Prepare updates on sales and project pipelines
-Conduct site visits, attend site meetings and resolve site issues
-Draft quotation, write introductory letters, read drawings and perform measurement to estimate quantity
Requirements
-At least 1-2 years of sales experience;
-English is a MUST
-Possess good interpersonal, listening and communication skills
-Possess good problem-solving and solution’s skills
-Organized and able to multitask
-Passion for sales and building relationship
-Prior experience in interior furnishing, built environment or related industry is an added advantage
-Able to perform basic measurement and costing calculations
-Proficient with Microsoft Office and use of sales automation tools
Remuneration
Basic salary: $2,500 -$3,000 (depends on experience)
*Transport Allowance $840
*Mobile Allowance: $100
*Entitle to sales commission
*Average salary $3500 and above
*5 days work week
*Working hours: – Monday to Friday (9am to 6.00pm)
*Rest days: 8 days per month
*Entitle to annual leave, medical leave and medical benefits
*Entitle to AWS and bonus (based on Company’s performance)
*Salary increment depends on performance
