Responsibilities:
*Create an engaging customer experience that focuses on building relationships through the connection and relation of our brand and brand values.
*Recruit, retain and develop a unique talent pool through continuous daily networking and interviewing prospective candidates.
*Lead by example, create strong morale and continually motivate team members to meet store targets and other KPI’s.
*Drive business through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining ongoing productive relationships with customers.
*Consistently follow company-wide policies and procedures to maintain brand consistency and protect company inventory and assets.
*Complete store administrative work and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
*Understand organizational objectives and make decisions that align with the company priorities and values and is Able to communicate needs directly to the management.
*Ability to effectively manoeuvre around the store and backroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, squatting and climbing.

Requirement:
*Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a retail environment
*Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through fast paced environments.
*Deep and demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
Strong problem-solving attitude.
*Proficient in basic computer operations
*Capability to organise inventory while working on the selling floor and backroom.
Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening and weekend shifts as business dictates.

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800 – $2500 (Depending on experience)
*Working Hours: 10am – 10pm (6 days work week)
*Work on weekend and Public Holiday, (Off on a weekday)
*Performance basic and entitled commission after 3 months
*Entitled 8 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
