工料测量师

Responsibilities:
*Prepare in Tender quantities, measurement & Tender submission including call & prepare quote
* Prepare project cost estimation throughout Construction projects & prepare Operation & *Maintenance manual at the end of projects
Submit & verify project claims, variation orders and closing projects Final account
* Prepare, certify & manage Sub-contractors contracts and monthly claims

Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in this
*Excellent knowledge of building and construction industry prefer
*Strong Maths knowledge
*Possess a practical and thinking skills
*Project viability and interpersonal skills

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000- $3000
*Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday) 9am-1pm (Saturday)
*Entitled 7 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*AWS /Bonus (Depending on performance)
