Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities
*As a team to support of supply chain order fulfilment process
*Assist and maintain company software system on all purchasing master data related to suppliers, pricing and freight
*Process purchase order, samples and maintain order status in company software system
*Liaise with suppliers on delivery, forecast, quality reject/claim and shipping / payment term.
*Assist in sourcing for new suppliers to develop alternative sources.
*Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement
*Min O-level
*Min 1-year experiences in Manufacturing
*Sometimes may have to work late due to peak season when shipment or purchase are more.

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $2000-$2800
*Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
*5days work week
*Variable Bonus and AWS after one year work
*Entitles AL and ML
