Responsibilities:
* Handle General Administrative Duties
* Provide support to various departments to ensure smooth day to day operations.
* Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc
* Assists in various HR activities including orientation, training and on-boarding and etc.
* Update daily, weekly and monthly attendance report
* Renew and update company contract, agreement license and etc
* Provide general administrative & clerical support and etc
* Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
* PC literate with knowledge of MS words and excel
* Possess good international skills, with positive attitude
*Oral and written in English
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800 – $2200
*Working Hours: 8.15am – 5.45pm (Monday – Friday)
*Entitled 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*AWS / Bonus (Depending on Performance)
