Responsibilities:
1) Administration/ Operations
– Ensure that the Company policies and directives comply with the relevant legislative requirements and government guidelines
– Ensure that all licenses for the operations are renewed and valid
– Supervise the management and operations of the institution
– Develop annual work plans, budgeting and manpower planning
– Responsible for the smooth running of the operations areas i.e. store operation, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and kitchen departments
– Co-ordinate integration of services between Operations and Nursing Services
– Ensure cost-effective service and optimal outcomes are maintained and/or enhanced within budget.
– Manage, implement and monitor projects and initiatives for the Group
– Handle service recovery of residents and clients

2) Quality Management
– Plan, manage and oversee quality and service framework and initiatives in line with the relevant standards
– Plan and implement quality and service programs
– Conduct service and quality improvement audits
– Identify new programs for the residents and special projects to meet any service gaps

3) Business Development
– Plan, develop and launch new business to drive business growth, revenue and market share
– Draws up short to long-term plans e.g. annual and 5-yearly, to accommodate trends in residential nursing care
– Participate in developing marketing and sales strategies to achieve corporate targets, including growing new business in Singapore and Malaysia and nurturing existing client relationships
– Prepare tender submissions including proposals for pricing & operational systems
– Prospect and present outreach business initiatives to the Board and potential clients
– Prepare proposals and quotations for new businesses.

4) General
– Serves as principal advisor on all questions relating to the affairs of the Group.
– Promotes teamwork, co-operation and harmonious relationship among nursing personnel, operations staff and other employees
– Undertakes any other responsibilities as directed by the Chairman

Requirements:
– Min. 5 years of relevant experience
– Diploma in any discipline
– Able to work in JB Malaysia
– Possess initiative, drive and self-motivation to persevere and make things happen
– Able to work effectively with diverse teams and all levels of employees to achieve positive outcomes
– Resourceful and creative
– High tolerance of stress and ambiguity
– People & Customer Centered

Remunerations:
– Basic Salary: RM7,000-RM9,000 (Depend on experience)
– Working Hours: 8:30am – 8:30pm (Mon-Sat)
– Entitled AL & ML
