Responsibilities
*Handle all admin related scope to ensure office always under clean, neat and well-maintained condition for smooth office operation, including systematic documents fillings, sort & distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or parcel etc
*Handle Procurement of non-trade related items or services (eg. stationeries, warehouse/office sundries, corporate gift etc)
*Managing of IT equipment by liaise with outsourced IT company & Europe HQ IT Department on new laptop set-up or any IT related issues (eg. Laptop / network /server issues)
*Managing of office equipment by arrange regular maintenance service and necessary repair to ensure they are always work in good conditions (eg. aircon, printer, phone system etc)
*Maintain and update assorted databases assigned by superior
*Assist in handle quality control (eg. ISO, Bizsafe, MOM Risk Assessment etc) related documentation, database, reports, process, audit etc
*Back-up in handle non-sensitive HR related tasks if needed
*Handle other ad-hoc task or involved any ad-hoc project assigned by superior
*May assist in manage some admin scope for Malaysia front office to be set-up in YR2023
Requirements
-Good computer skills (MS Office) & IT savvy will be an advantages
-Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both verbal & written)
-Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
-A team player with high level of dedication, meticulous and eagerness to learn
-Able to work under high tension environment is an advantages
-Certificate/Diploma in IT, business administration, hr or relevant field OR Min. 2 years experiences in relevant scope (Fresh graduate are welcome)
Remuneration
*Basic salary: $2000-$2400 (depend on experience)
*5 days work week
*Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
*Rest days: 8 days per month
*Entitle for $100 transport allowance
*Entitles to annual leave & medical leave
*Salary increment depends on performance
*Entitle for AWS
