Responsibilities
• Solicit new customers
• Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
• Responsible for following up on enquiries and closing the order
• Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
• Work closely with sales team and provide them with updates when necessary
• Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery
• Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
• Inventory management
• Provide operational support to the Sales team
Requirements
• Diploma/ Certificate/ GCE “O” level
• Two years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing/ Customer Service or Trading preferred
• IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of import/ export documentation, shipping, marine insurance and/or L/C negotiation is an advantage
• Good communication, organization and administration skills
• Meticulous and has a passion for sales
• Team player and able to work independently
• Able to work half a day on one Saturday a month
Remuneration
• Basic salary:S$2,000 to S$3,000 (depends on experience)
• Entitle to commission (will disclose on interview)
• 5.5 days work week
• Mon to Fri: Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.50pm, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm
• Rest day: 7.5 days per month
• •Entitle to annual leave, medical leave
• Salary increment and bonus depends on performance
