机械主管

Responsibilities:
*Supervise fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawings and clients specifications. Follow planned progress schedule without compromising quality.
*Attending to clients’ requests / site complaints and resolve issues/faults.
*Understand P&ID Drawings.
*Conduct site surveys to propose new routes and locations for expansion facilities and prepare layout to analyse the space requirement.
*Prepare material list depicting all the materials, sizes, specifications, special requirements, testing requirements to meet the design.
*Conduct weekly HSE assessments and safety walk through, safe and unsafe auditing.
*Daily update of project/operation progress to immediate superior.
*Attend daily toolbox meetings.
*Piping progress update and mitigation plan discussing in daily toolbox meetings
*To be fully committed, follow the lead and complete the task with quality in a timely manner. |*Ensure all piping tools and equipment issued are kept and maintain in proper manner|
*Ad-hoc duties as assigned.|
*Familiar in MAU system, Exhaust System, RODI system, water system, CDA system, PV system

Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
* Piping Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
*Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
*Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2200 – $3000
*Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm (Monday-Friday) 8.30am-1pm (Saturday)
*Average 60 hours of OT per month
*Average OT pay from $1000- $2000
*Entitled 14 days of Annual Leave and Medical leave
*AWS / Bonus – (Subjected to performance)
