– Perform day-to-day application support & maintenance
– Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
– Translate business requirements and user needs into functional  specifications
– Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design
– Work with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testing
– Support application deployment initiated by Change Requests, plan and maintain the  application environment with the latest patches
– Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking, functional documentation & training materials
– Plan and conduct end-user training

– Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
– Minimum 1 year of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT application system
– Experience in ERP application support & project management
– Experience with relational database technology, SQL, Trello preferred
– Preferably with experience in POS or Retail industry
– Newly graduated candidates are welcome to apply

– Basic Salary: RM2,800-RM3,800 (Depends on experience)
– Working Hours: 8:30am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
– Entitled Annual Leave & Medical Leave
