Responsibilities:
– Lead the team and responsible for the P & L performance of the Company’s operations in
Malaysia
– Responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations including retail operations,
finance, process audit, human resources, logistics, IT/MIS and Projects etc
– Responsible for execution and due diligence of all business strategic projects
– Formulate strategies and plans to meet business targets and grow the market share
– Responsible for driving annual budgeting process
– Review company budgets and forecasted financials on a regular basis
– Highlight potential breakthroughs in areas of cost improvement or revenue growth during
planning process
– Analyse market, competitor and customer to support the strategic management process
– Implement, review and improve Internal control and processes
– Liaising with government agencies, auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers and any other
relevant external parties

Requirements:  
– Bachelor degree or above in related field
– 10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years of general management
experience. Experience in jewellery industry would be advantageous
– Strong leadership and organisational skills of managing a big group of operational staffs
– Mature personality and able to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative
environment
– Critical and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills; an intellectual curiosity to
integrate business with Company’s strategic objectives
– Strong written and verbal communication in both Mandarin and English
– Strong interpersonal skills

Remunerations:
– Basic Salary: RM4,000-RM6,000
– Working Hours: 8:30am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
– Entitled Annual Leave & Medical Leave
