Responsibilities:
*Familiar with basic and intermediate Western culinary techniques
*Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of dishes served from the menu
*Work with chefs on development of menu specials
*Maintain hygiene and safety standards of the kitchen
*Good team player & good attitude a must

Requirement:
*Min O-Level and above
*2-3years as Western Chef or work at Café
*Able to work during weekend and public holiday

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2200-$2600 (Depend on experiences)
*Working hours:44hours per week(Scheduled by employer)
*need OT 11hours per week
*OT 1.5
*Entitles 7-10days AL and 14days ML
*Café Operating hours for reference.
Sun-Tues 8am-5pm
Wed-Thurs 8am-9pm
Fri-Sat 8am-10pm
