助理生产经理

Responsibilities:
•Overall in charge of conversion of corrugated boards into finished products such as cartons and die-cut boxes.
• Manages the overall production department in achieving daily production goals.
• Provide training and guidance to workers to meet performance standards.
• Ensure production and warehouse is always in high standard food safety and hygiene in accordance with our current standard.
• Prepare production schedule and work closely with all stakeholders to plan, produce, and maintain healthy inventory status according to forecast and physical sales trends and movement
• Manage raw material, packaging based on production schedule to achieve daily production goals
• Schedule and supervise plant operations to meet production requirements in timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ability in maintaining proper documentation for all operations related standard and activities
• Ensure processes in compliance to related requirement and or standard.

Requirements:
– ITE/ Diploma
– 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
– Computer literate (MS Words, Excel, etc)
– Bilingual in English & Mandarin

Remuneration:
*Basic salary:$2600 – $3000 (depends on experience)
*5 days work week
*Mon – Fri 8.00am to 5.30pm
*Provide Company Uniform
*Provide Company Transport
*EVERY 3 MONTH WILL PAYOUT 1 AWS (calculation will provided when interview)
*Salary increment after probation
