Management Trainee

Responsibilities:
*Performed assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions.
*Perform tasks and receives on-the-job training in several departments, to gain knowledge of line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices.
*Observes experienced staff to learn about procedures/ method, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.

Requirements:
– ITE/ Diploma
– 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
– Computer literate (MS Words, Excel, etc)
– Bilingual in English & Mandarin

Remuneration:
*Basic salary:$2500 – $2800 (depends on experience)
*5 days work week
*Mon – Fri 8.00am to 5.30pm
*Provide Company Uniform
*Provide Company Transport
*EVERY 3 MONTH WILL PAYOUT 1 AWS (calculation will provided when interview)
*Salary increment after probation
