Responsibilities:
*Answer course enquiries via phone calls and/or emails
*Process course registrations
*Manage invoices, payments, and Training Grant applications
*Issue e-invoices
*Send Email and SMS reminders to students and trainers prior to course commencement
*Manage and update website schedules
*Prepare and print attendance sheets and course feedback forms
*Prepare and print certifications
*Marking of attendance
*Scan and upload attendance sheets after classes into shared drive
*Upload and archive assessments results after classes
*Oversee students’ sign-in process
*Distribution of course materials and laptops before class
*Answer walk-in enquiries
*Facilitate venue rental viewings

Requirements:
*Minimum O Level and above
*Typing speed skills
*Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
*Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
*Comfortable working on G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration:
*Salary: $2500 +
*Working Hours: 9am-6pm or 8.30am-6.30pm (Mon-Fri)
*If work on weekend, will off on the following Monday or Tuesday
*Salary increment every year
*Entitled sales commission every 4 months
*Probation period: 3 months, serve notice period: 1 month
*Entitles 14 days AL and 14 days ML after confirmation
