Responsibilities
*Communicate effectively with customers to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.
*Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, order taking, replying emails, making calls to vendors and issuing invoices & delivery orders.
*Follow-up and respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints.
*Liaise with purchasing and logistic team to ensure smooth deliveries to customers. Support logistics team with order preparation.

Requirements
*Minimum O level
*Two years’ admin or related experience in F&B or wholesale trade
*Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills
*Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask
*Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
*Ability to meet deadlines
*Able to work in team and willing to put up to team
*Can work well in a fast-paced environment
*Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated
*Computer Literacy

Remuneration
*Basic Salary $2,200 – $2,600
*Working hour 8:30AM – 5:30PM (Monday to Friday); 8:00AM – 1:00PM (Saturday)
*Lunch 45 mins
*Entitle to 10 days Annual Leave, 14 days Medical Leave and Bonus (depends on performance)
