Responsibilities
*Prepare operation schedule daily
*Handle customers’ requests accordingly via phone calls or emails
*Co-ordinate and communicate with operation staff when changes in schedule arises
*Other ad hoc admin duties given
Requirement
*Min Diploma and above
*Proficient in computer skills especially MS Excel, Not afraid of using digital system
*Prefer have 1-2years admin experiences
*Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Able to start work immediately
Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $2000-$2500
*Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri),9am-1pm (Sat)
*5.5days work week
*Performance Bonus
*Entitles AL and ML
