Responsibilities:
1. Overall Responsibilities
The Licensing Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in working together with the Senior Manager, Licensing to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Company.
Through effective planning and budgeting, the Licensing Sales Manager will strive to achieve his/her quarterly/annual revenue target.
In addition, devise sales strategies and techniques to reach out to potential clients and generate leads for the Company, thereafter, turning the leads into business deals. Will also be responsible for servicing the client and establishing excellent relationship with the clients.

b) Client Management and Service
c) Monitor Licensee Obligations
d) Retail Visibility for Brands/Licensed Products
e) Account Receivables
Requirements:
*University degree in relevant field or extensive professional experience
*At least 3 years in relevant industry
*Prefers candidate who has exposure to B2B corporate sales in Fashion, Beauty, or Health industry
*Strong command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
*Personable and diplomatic in handling clients from all levels.
*Office environment
Remunerations:
*Basic Salary: RM5,000-RM8,000 (based on experience)
*Working Hour: 9:00am-6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
*Rest Day: 8 days per month
*Annual leave entitlement per year: 12 days, prorated if less than a year
*No fixed allowance. If required to travel locally for business meetings, will be entitled to claim T&E (travel & entertainment) supported with receipts
*Entitled to partial phone bill reimbursement
