Fleet Coordinator (Admin)

Responsibilities:
*Issue DO
*Plan and schedule driver’s transportation daily based on daily orders/collection
*Record the daily work of drivers and assist in drivers commission
*Record supplier monthly commission
*Calculate customer orders required and work with team to prepare
*E tracking: verify quantity number submitted by supplier and record to summary report for accounts team to process
*Work with operations team to prepare stock for delivery order

Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*1- 2 year of experience will be advantage
*Bilingual in English and Mandarin
*Self –motivated, strong interpersonal skills
*Possess good computer skills
*THIS IS ONLY ONE YEAR CONTRACT. RENEWING OF CONTRACT WILL DEPEND ON PERFORMANCE*

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1700- $2000 Depending on experience)
*Working Hours: 8am – 5.30pm (Monday-Friday) 8am- 12pm (Alternate Saturday)
*Entitled 9 days of Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*Performance Bonus
