Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities:
*Generate production schedule/plans to fulfil customer orders & lead time
*Monitor production status & coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete work order for on-time delivery
*Ensure resources and materials readiness with through follow-up on productions plans
*Review work order schedule and determine priorities & schedule to ensure on-time delivery
*Provide support in production activity control to meet production objectives, eg: cost saving & process improvement
*Analyse order forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement based on Sales Trend
*Analyse & monitor materials monthly forecast accuracy, handle aging & obsolete material
*Regular updates Sales Team on slow moving stocks & machine capacity
*Perform daily material purchase order activities to Purchase
*Work closely with the Purchaser on materials JIT program & ways to minimize aging materials
*Execute actions for rework as advised by QC
*Perform yearly stock take and update the physical record into the system
*Generate monthly report & other duties as assigned

Requirement:
*Minimum Diploma and above
*Willing to learn and take up new challenges
*Highly self –motivated and well organized
*Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
*Detail-oriented, focused, motivated, able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
*Oral and written in English

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000- $2600 (Depending on experience)
*Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (5 days work week)
*Entitled 14 days Annual Leave and Medical Leave
