Responsibilities:
*Greeting guests in a warm and cordial way
*Scheduled appointment and update appointment calendars
*Performed all administrative functions such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointment, arranging of therapist and maintaining the inventory
*Handle tasks of providing details descriptions of spa packages, treatment. Services, promotions and features of facilities
*Maintaining clean, safe and well organized working environment

Requirement:
*Min N-Level and above
*Possess excellent guest service and relationship management skills
*Must have basic computer skill
*Bilingual in English and Mandarin
*Self-motivated with strong analytical and listening skills
*Flexible with an ability to extend working hours
*Able to work weekend and Public Holidays

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800-$2200 (Depend on experiences)
*Commission based
*Average take home salary: $2500-$3000+ (Incl bonus and commission)
*Working hours: 10am – 10:30pm
First month work 12 hours per day, entitled 4 days off a month
Second month forward work 10 days per day, entitled 4 days off
After confirmation, entitled 6 days off a month
*6 days work week
*Entitled AL and ML
