Responsibilities:
*Data entry relating to inventory, purchasing and invoicing.
*Assisting in the performance of monthly inventory count and the tabulation of inventory count data.
*Proper filing of all documents such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, equipment maintenance documents etc.
*Preparation of documentation pertaining to all regulatory, licensing, accreditation and certification requirements(including Halal certification requirements) and liaising with the relevant external parties, as needed.
*Assisting to update and maintain a logbook/record of equipment maintenance and liaising with maintenance
vendors, as needed.
*Assisting with HR matters.
*Facilitating daily operational work such as labelling, organizing workspaces etc.
*Any other ad‐hoc work as may be assigned by the CFO from time to time.
Requirements:
*Minimum 1‐year relevant experience.
*Mininum O-Level and above
*Proficient in MS Office.
*Can speak fluent English
*Pleasant personality, meticulous, responsible, hardworking and positive working attitude.
*Upon being hired, this employee will be a representative in our company’s Halal committee
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary : $1800-$2300
*Working hours: 44hours per week
*5.5days work week
*Entitles AL and ML
