Responsibilities
– Assist the cook on food preparation
·Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
· General housekeeping and cleaning
– Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before they are put away on dish racks or for use
· Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors and dining room hallways at the end of each shift to maintain safety and sanitation
· Disposal of trash from bins and containers
– Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness
– Follow all health and safety regulations
– Follow Cook instruction and ad-hoc duties will be added from time to time

Requirements
· Min N Levels or above
· Have Chinese restaurant kitchen assistant experience

Remuneration
· Basic salary: $2,400-$2,800 (depend on experience)
· 6 days work week. Split shift
· Working hours: 10am – 3pm, 5.30pm – 10.30pm
· Rest day: 4 days per month (on weekdays. Arrange by Employer)
· Provide 3 meals daily
· Uniform provided
· Entitles to annual leave, medical leave, salary increment depends on performance
