Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquires & scheduling (thru phone call /email & other platforms)
• Scheduling & coordinate service appointments.
• Prepare Job order (using SAP) & Quotations
• General administrative works & ad-hoc duties when necessary.
Requirements
– Must got experience in customer service role
– Minimum ‘O’ Level
– Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
– Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
– Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications is a must
– Know English & Chinese
Remuneration
*Basic salary: $2000-$2300 (depend on experience) + Commission (will reveal during interview)
*5 days work week
*Working hours: Mon-Fri : 8:30am to 6pm
*Rest days: 8 days per month
*Entitles to annual leave, medical leave
*Salary increment depends on performance
