Sales Executive cum Coordinator

Responsibilities
*Contribute to overall customer enquiry and orders by promptly answering emails and phone
*Serve walk in customer with various enquiry including checking material and test size
*Show mock-up of the t-shirt after customer confirmed order
*Issue invoice, quotation, delivery orders for customer
*Coordinator with production team to meet deadline and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
*Manage schedule of production to ensure the production on time
*Order t-shirt and apparel from different suppliers
*Arrange pickup and delivery of t-shirt from different suppliers
*Manage and coordinator with outsource local and oversea suppliers to complete the order to meet the schedule
*Able to work under pressure
*Other ad hoc duties that are assigned
*Learn and work in production when needed

Requirement
*Min Diploma in any field
*Able to speak and read English and Chinese
*Best have min 1-year related experiences
*Able to start work immediately

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $2200-$2500
*Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Lunch break: 45 min
*5days work week
* First 3 months no commission but later will have sales commission after confirmation
*Entitles AL and ML
*Performance Bonus
