Procurement Assistant

Responsibilities
*Forecast, Planning and Procurement
*To forecast, plan, coordinate and procure trade & finished goods. Liaise with suppliers to meet the inventory requirements for regular and ad-hoc orders
*Coordinate with principals/suppliers for production schedule and delivery
*Ensure suppliers comply with company’s requirements for quality control
*Manage our outbound and inbound logistic providers

Requirement
*Min O-Level and above
*Requires PC experience, working knowledge of ERP software or WMS software and Microsoft office.
*1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain will be advantageous

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $1800-$2200
*Working hours: 8.30am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am-1pm(Sat)
*5.5days work week
*Entitles AL and ML
