工料测量师

Responsibilities:
*Liaise with Consultants / Designers / Suppliers & Sub-Contractors
* Preparation of sales quotation
*Preparation of proposal & participate in pitching of projects
*Take off quantities and preparation for proposal submission
*Source and evaluate the suppliers & sub-contractor’s quotations
*Evaluate and certify subcontractor’s claim
* Issue Purchase Orders

Requirement:
*Minimum 1-2 years working experience in ID field
*Well versed in MSWord, Excel and Power Point
*Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
*Able to use AutoCAD software is an advantage
* Excellent inter-personal skills, self-motivated and team player
* Able to work independently and preferably with high level of initiative

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800 – $2000 (Minimum O Level and above with relevant experience)
*Basic Salary: $2500 – $3000 (Degree Holder with relevant experience)
*Woking hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday) 9am – 1pm (Alternate Saturday)
*Entitled 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*AWS / Bonus (Depending on performance)
