机器操作员

Responsibilities:
*Responsible to ensure the machine is operation at maximum efficiency while producing products that conform to company quality standards
*Preparing the machine and equipment before they are used.
* Understanding of how operated machine works, Mount roll onto the machine
*Start the machine, monitor the operation and adjust the machine to
ensure finished product is within the specification
* Reviews information on job sheet for number of UP, length of roll, width
of roll, paper core size, quantity to be slit, packing instructions and
other special requirements.
* Able to interpret work orders and other instructions required by
supervisor.
* Basic troubleshooting of the machines.
* Responsible for the overall quality control of the slit roll.
*Retrieve paper core, carton boxes, laminated rolls to be slit and other
supplies for the machine.
*Adjust machine as needed for job change.
*Responsible for housekeeping of general area around machine which
includes sweeping the work area and picking up loose items.
*Follow company standard safety procedure

Requirement:
*Minimum qualification
*Required to carry 10-15kg load, Bend, stand or walk for long period of time
*Ability to follow written and oral instructions
*Willing to do shift work, work in team, detail oriented
*Able to work non-air-conditioned environment

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $850 + Rental allowance $150
Incentive:
*Attendance allowance /Productivity incentive / OT Meal allowance / Shift work allowance / Transport reimbursement / Advance pay out AWS
*Day shift working hours: 8am-5.15pm (Monday-Friday)
*Night Shift working Hours; 8pm-5.15am (Monday-Friday)
*Coming back to work on Saturday is consider OT
*Overtime can go up to 70 hours per month
*Able to earn up to $2000++per month
