Responsibilities:
-Handle Account Payable/Receivable and ensure timely and accurate month end closing activities
-Process and verifying vendor invoices
-Perform data entry into system, propose payment and prepare payment voucher before the scheduled payment run dates.
-Process and check employee travel expense reports, miscellaneous claims and project claims
-Maintain proper filling system and documentation according company policies and procedures..
-Manage monthly bank, AP/AR reconciliation for completeness.
-Prepare and update schedules such as prepayment, accruals or journal entry.
-To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Minimum 2 years of Accounts Assistant/Executive working experience
-Can handle Accounts Payable/Receivable independently
-Proficient in both English and Mandarin
-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Outlook)

Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2200 – $2600 (Depending on experience)
-Working hours: 9.00AM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday) 9.00AM-1.00PM (Saturday)
-Entitled to 14 days of Annual Leave, 14 days of Medical Leave
-Aircon working environment
-Salary increment after probation if performance is good
-Need to sign 3 months contract with company, if employee resign within 3 months probation period, employee will have to compensate 1 month basic salary to employer
