Responsibilities:
•Answer phone calls and reply emails
•Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, book-keeping, binding and scanning
•Support day-to-day administration operation and customer service
•Prepare and monitor invoices, quotation
•Attend walk in customers when necessary
•Indoor sales role
•Monitoring and ensuring building maintenance contractor follow the schedule
•Ad-hoc duties assign by employer

Requirements:
•Sales experience preferred (need to attend walk in customer)
•Hardworking and positive working attitude
•Presentation Skill
•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
•Able to speak, read & write basic English and Mandarin

Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $1800-$2500(Depends on experience)
*5.5 days work week
*Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alt Sat 8.30am to 1pm
*Rest day: 7 days per month
*: $40 medical allowance upon job confirmation
*Entitles to Annual Leave, Medical Leave, medical benefits
*Aircon working environment
*Salary increment depends on individual performance
