Responsibilities:
*Assist with Inventory Management and Billings
*Assist to manage a full set of accounts
*Assist with monthly accounts closing and financial reporting including but not limited to bank reconciliation, GL, AP, AR and cash book management
*Assist with Quarterly GST reporting
*Responsible for proper filing and maintenance of all accounting records and official documents
*Provide administrative support to Management
Requirements:
*Diploma in Accountancy or equivalents(LCCI/CAT/ACCA level 2) with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
*Working knowledge of Basic Accounting and payroll software
*Familiar and up to date with accounting and statutory regulatuins in Singapore
*Mature, independent and resourceful
*Proficient in English and preferably Mandarin
*Proficient in MS office application
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2,500-2,800(Depends on experience)
-Working Hour: Monday -Friday 9.00am – 6.45pm ( 1hr break), Sat 9.00am-1pm
-6 rest day per month
-Entitle for annual leave & medical leave
-Good performance entitles for increment or bonus
