Responsibilities:
*Handle inquiries received by phone and by mail
*Assist in handling client complaints, provide appropriate follow-up and action *
* Assist in customs clearance procedures
* Handle permit declaration
*Liaise with warehouse team on cargo documentation clearance
*Performing cycle counts and regular checks on inventory
*Performing verification checks with documents associated to shipments
*Perform stock in & out of cargoes and update to in-house system
* Photo sending for stuffing/un-stuffing of goods to customer

Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*1 year work experience in customer service and logistics supply chain will be highly preferred
*Able to communicate Bilingual- to handle Mandarin speaking customers & stakeholders
*Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
*Good team player yet independent with a positive attitude

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000 – $2200
*Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday) 9am -1pm (Saturday)
*Meals provided
*Entitled 7 days of Annual Leave for the first year, 14 days Medical Leave and Dental care
*Bonus (Depending on performance)
