*Provide quality control for service, including supervising opening and closing of shifts,
monitoring customer service, handling customer complaints, handling transaction/payment
*Execute Inventory Purchasing and Receiving Procedures.
*Respond appropriately to challenging service situations and escalating unresolved service
*Coordinate and monitor Food Safety & Hygiene practices, compliance of Workplace Safety
and Health policies and procedures by Team Members.
*Interact and serve foods and beverages to customers.
*Manage service performance.
*Implement store and equipment maintenance plan.
*Conduct orientation and training.
*Supervise, motivate and empower staff.
*Any other duties that may be assigned.
*Min Diploma in any field
*Basic Salary: $2200 – $2700
*Working hours: 50hours shift inclusive break arranged by employer
*6days work week
*Entitles AL 12-16days and ML 14days
