Responsibilities:
*Follow up outstanding payment
*Invoice submission to client portal
*Calculate commission for salesman / promoter/ merchandiser
*Prepare monthly sales report
*Proceed claim reimbursement
*Manage cash in hand and petty cash
*Handling payment and pricing dispute
*Prepare monthly lorry tracking report management
Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*Minimum 1 or more years of accounting experience
*Knowledge of Sage ERP system is advantage
*Computer Knowledge is a must
*Able to write and speak English/Mandarin
*Must be active and able to communicate with people from all levels
*Positive attitude, Responsibilities and willing to learn
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000 – $2500 (Depending on the experience)
*Working Hours: 8am – 5.45pm ( Monday – Friday)
* 7 days of Annual Leave prorated after probation next year 12 days
*Entitled AWS / Bonus
