Responsibility:
*Interact with clients on the phone and email in a professional manner;
*Meet all clients’ requirements and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation;
*To liaise with carriers and co-loaders for rates for seafreight shipments and airfreight agent for airfreight rates;
*To prepare shipping documentations (B/L and AWB), timely billings and closing of job files;
*Declaration of customs permits for both import and export shipments
*Co-ordination for import and export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments within the time line set by clients;
*Maintain accurate data entry for all shipments and compliing of freight rates;
*Verifing of vendors invoices pertaining to shipments;
*Any other duties assign by supervisor

Requirements:
*Diploma and above
*Have operation executive experience will be advantage
*Able to read, write and speak English
*Can accept candidate in Malaysia, candidate need to bear the cost themselves

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary $3000
*Working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm(Mon – Fri) / 9.00am-1.00pm (Alt Sat)
*Rest day: 7 days per month
*Entitle to 21 days annual leave & 14 days medical leave
*Salary increment depend on performance
*Good performance entitle for bonus
