Responsibilities :
• Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery, office maintenance, staff & workers attendance, document scanning).
• Responsible for administering and managing all incoming and outgoing project documents
• Assist and coordinate project claim submission
• Coordinate and prepare site staff and workers working schedules, timecard leaves application, and courses.
• Proper filing of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project team
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
• GCE ‘O’ or Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the construction industry
• Entry levels are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Good communication skills in liaising with internal departments.
• Positive work attitude and can multitask effectively.
• Able to work at the construction site office.

Remuneration:
• Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm ; Saturday – 8:30am to 12:00pm
• Salary Range: $2,000 – $2,500 (Depending on work experiences)
• Rest Day: 6days per month
• Entitled Annual leave and Medical Leave
