Scaffolding Project Coordinator

PRE – REQUISITES:
1) Metal scaffold erection certificate
2) Supervison of metal scaffold erection certificate
3) Managing work at height certificate
4) Risk managment certificate

Responsibilities
A. Worker Management
i. Manage 3 teams or 12 workers under you.
ii. Regulary review worker’s performance, attitude and loyalty, terminate or issue warning or penalty according.
iii. Ensure and arrange or directly send terminated workers to airport if required.

B. Customer Managment:
i. Customer Segementation.
ii. Customer Retention.
iii. Customer Expansion.

C. Operation Management:
i. Scheduling of project logistics
ii. Material / resource planning for daily.
iii. Ensure scaffolding are erected safely by your team and inspection safe to use by supervisor before handing over to customer.

D. Leads Management
i. Follow up on all leads promptly.
ii. Send quotations and maintain good conversion rate.
iii. Alert office if invalid leads or bad customers or cannot cope with too many leads.

Requirement
*Diploma in any field (Diploma in construction preferred)
*No experience required, willing to learn attitude
*Need to take scaffolding courses before start work. If resign less than 6 months then must pay back all the course fees around $2500
*If you are terminated within 6 months due to your poor performance, you must return 50% of the course

Remuneration
*Basic Salary:
1-6months: $1,600 with uncapped commission 8% of contract sum secured
7-12months: $1,800 with uncapped commission 8% of contract sum secured
1years onwards: $2,000 with uncapped commission 9% of contract sum secured
(If 1st year accumulated sales hit more $1 mil, commission 8% will be increased to 9%.)

*Allowance: Diesel/Petrol allowance if he has own bike/car
*Average take home salary: $1,600- $25,000
*Working hours: 44hours per week (Arranged by employer)
*6 days work week
*Entitles AL and ML
*MC Bill – Company co-share 50% cap at $30/ visit and $150 a year
