Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
*Manage walk in customers, close sales and process orders.
*Manage sales enquiries and processing of orders inc. preparing quotations, invoices and delivery orders.
*Scheduling of delivery orders
*Prepare safety documents for daily projects.
*Inventory monitoring and reporting
*Prepare and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Facebook, Carousell, etc in Singapore
*Maintain and ensure all e-commerce products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell
*Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails.

Requirement
*Min O-Level and above
*Can accept fresh graduates with good attitude, hardworking and responsible.
*Able to learn fast.

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $1600-$2000
*Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) 9am-1pm (Sat)
*5.5days work week
*Entitles AL and ML
