Responsibilities:
· Perform accounting and administration duties.
· Hands-on and able to handle accounting processes like AP & AR process, bank reconciliations
· Follow up payment
· Perform data entry duties relating to incoming and outgoing operation such as PO, cheque.
· Liase with auditor
· Work pass application and renewal.
· Company product test certificate renewal.
· Monthly salary preparation.
· CPF e-submission.
· Prepare bank reconciliation.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of partial accounts experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Has the ability to work as part of a team and believes in teamwork
Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $1900-$2400
*5 days work week
*Working hours: 8.30AM-6PM(MON-FRI)
*Rest day: 8 days per month
*Aircon working environment
*Entitles to Medical Leave, Annual Leave
