Job Description:
• Handles import & export shipments (by sea/air/courier)
• Liaise with overseas suppliers & forwarding agents for shipment arrangements.
• Checking of shipping documents (BL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificate, permits)
• Preparing export documentations (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificate, COO)
• Work closely with Purchasing & Warehouse team
• Liaise with local forwarders to plan & arrange import shipment clearance & deliveries
• Ad-hoc data entry & admin duties
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirement:
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS & experience in handling shipments is COMPULSORY.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum Diploma holders
• At least 2-3 years working experience in trading company
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Good organizational, planning, co-ordination & interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS office, proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of Navision System is an added advantage
• English & Mandarin, both spoken & written fluently, to liaise with overseas counterpart
• Independent, highly motivated & a good team player
• Willing to learn & possess a positive working attitude

• Basic salary: $2800-$3300 (depend on experience)
• 5 days work week
• Company Transport (To office only) Lakeside MRT (Private Bus drop off area).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)
• Rest day: 8 days per month
• Air-con working environment
