零售销售助理

Responsibilities:
*Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
*Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
*To contact customers and perform after sales services
*Attain and maintain required service standards
*Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
*Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
*Maintain housekeeeping standards at the store

Requirements:
*N level & above
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Must can understand and speak fair English
*Prior experience in the retail sector would be an added advantage

Remunerations
*Basic salary: $1700 – $1800 (depends on experience)
*Average Salary $2000 and above
*Working hours: 11am- 9.00pm (MON-SUN)
*Rest day: 8 days per month (arranged by employer)
*Entitles to group sales commission
*Aircon working environment
*Uniform provided
*Salary increment depends on individual performance(after 3 months of probation)
