Responsibilities:
* Daily preparation and production of bread and cakes
*Handle heavy loading, mixing, packing of ingredients
* Follow SOP/ recipes strictly for bread and cakes preparation, ensuring consistency and presentation of the final baked products
*Pack baked goods for delivery
*Decorate and prepare garnishes and fillings for baked goods
*Maintain inventory and storage in an organised manne
*Assist Head chef in conceptualising and creation of new product
Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients
*Manage and maintain hygiene standards

Requirement:
*1 or more years of Kitchen experience is a plus
*Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
*Independent, self-Initiated , and able to work in a team environment
*Great attention to details and creativity
*Willing to learn

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000- $2400 (Depending 0n Experience)
*Working Hours: 8am –5pm / 9am – 6pm (6 days work week)
*Require to work on weekends and PH
*Entitled 7 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*Performance Bonus
