Responsibilities:
• Processing new sales leads for sales to follow up
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients (keying in orders, retrieving email orders)
• Providing quotations and checking product availability
• Monitoring customer accounts (Follow up on non-active accounts)
• Providing data and reports to help the sales team and supervisors (daily sales report)
• Keeping track of sales targets
• Answering phone calls, attending to customers inquiry and making appropriate recommendations
• Complaint Management: respond/ resolve/ follow through with customer’s complaints (e.g. on complaints, orders, shortages, missed or late deliveries)
• Invoice Management (Checking, updating, collection, filing, ensuring accuracy of invoices daily)
• Co-coordinating between departments (with sales team, logistic, purchasing, Collection)

Requirements:
•Min N level
•An individual with maturity, pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
*Min. of 1 years of experience in similar fields, computer excel knowledge.
*Able to understand English.

Remunerations:
-Basic Salary: $1,600 – $1,800 (Depends on experience)
-Working Days: 5.5 day per week
-Working Hour: 9.00am to 6:00pm for weekdays while Sat is 9-1pm.
-After probation Alt Sat
-Air-con working environment”
