Responsibilities:
-Compile leads and delegate them to the sales team
-Prepare sales documents, including quotations based on customer requests, invoices, and other documents
-Attend to customers’ queries via various platforms such as phone calls, social media, walk-ins, and WhatsApp
-Track customers’ requests and ensure follow-up
-Listen to customers’ concerns, handle complaints and resolve issues
-Handle administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling appointments with clients, highlighting low inventory for fast-moving stocks, and generating reports
-Providing assistance to other departments as needed
-Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Minimum O levels and above
-Minimum 2 years of Admin Assistant or Sales Coordinator working experience in Singapore
-Strong with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
-Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2700-$3500 (Depending on experience)
-Working Hour: 8AM-6PM (Monday) 8.30AM-6PM (Tuesday to Friday)
-Aircon working environment
-Entitled to AWS (13th month bonus)
