Responsibilities:
*To provide administrative and customer services, able to handle documentation and filing.
*Coordinate with the client and relevant stakeholders on work-related matters.
*Coordinate and communicate among internal team
*Preparation of quotation, purchase order and invoicing.
*Handle scheduling of works.
*To assist the team with all maintenance requests, regular reporting and monitoring of work progress
Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in administrative works.
*Experience in term contract maintenance/facility management administrative work is preferred.
*Required Skill(s): Good organisation, interpersonal & communication skills.
*IT Savvy
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000 – $2400 (Depending on experience)
*Working Hours: 8am – 5.45pm (Monday – Friday)
*Entitled 10 days of Annual leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*Bonus (Depending on performance)
