Responsibilities:
-Attend to walk-in customers’ enquires & feedback
-Ensure that customers’ feedback are followed up promptly and professionally
-Process transaction inputs and payment handling
-Resolve problems arising from customers’ complaints
-Responsible for providing quality service for total customer satisfaction
-Build and maintain good relationships with customers
-Other administrative duties when required
Requirements:
-Minimum SPM and above
-Minimum 1 year related working experience
-Candidates with Front office experience in customer service is an advantage
-Cheerful & pleasant with positive work attitude
-Passionate in providing excellent customer service
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin
-Presentable looking
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1700 – $1900 (Depending on experience)
-Working Hour: 10AM-8PM (Monday to Friday)
-Attendance allowance $5/day, average $100 per month for full attendence
-Air-con working environment
-Entitled to 8 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave
