Responsibilities
*Data Entry into MYOB system.
*Responsible for daily finance operations which include payments, AR, AP, GL and other accounting functions.
*Verify and process staff expenses and claims.
*Prepare inventory report.
*AR Aging report and AR Settlement Report.
*Follow up outstanding overdue from customer.
*Assist to prepare schedules of consolidation package.
*Liaise with external auditors, suppliers and customers.
*Assist to handle ad hoc assignment and financial analysis if needed.
Requirement
*Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
*Proficient in MS Office and hands-on experience in account software, MYOB and SAPis essential.
*Familiar with local accounting standard is preferred.
*Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and under pressure.
Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $3000-$3500
*Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
*5days work week
*Entitles AWS and Bonus depend on company performance
*Entitles AL and ML
