Responsibilities:
– calls for quotation from suppliers/contractors and compare price to ensure quotes are
competitive.
– accept and process orders receive from project teams/carpenters according to
approved procurement list.
– record and updates POs using customize software
– ensure orders are process and delivered within stipulated time frame.
– need to perform liaison with suppliers/contractors and other parties involved within
the scope of work.
– gather all materials/specifications related to costing
– handles all orders from project team and process POs within require time.
– constantly monitor and sourcing for alternatives and options to improve profitability
purchasing materials for inventory
– resolve errors in PO as require
– systematic filing and documentation of PO
– monitor price increase and communicating changes as necessary
– negotiate all payment terms with suppliers/contractors
– manage and maintain a proper system to record all suppliers/contractors pricing &
materials specification.
– to actively participate in ad hoc projects and other administrative duties when required
– Company reserves all rights to amend above scope of works as and when required
– attend meeting(kick-off, projects)

Requirements:
– Minimum diploma and above
– Minimum 1 year working experience as Purchasing Assistant in Interior Fitting/Construction company
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
– Can communicate in English and Mandarin

Remuneration:
– Basic Salary: $2300 – $2600 (Depending on experience)
– Working hour: 8.00AM-5.30PM (Monday) 8.00AM-5.15PM (Tuesday to Friday)
– Aircon working environment
– Annual Leave: 10 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
